4th Annual Tree Lighting Event: Nov. 2022

It’s the perfect kick-off to the holiday season with games, Santa, food trucks, basket raffles, local vendors for holiday gift shopping, and much more! This year’s weather was slightly frightful, but since it never stops Santa, we didn’t let it stop us, either.

Sponsors

Our sponsors are part of the reason we’re able to make this fabulous, family-friendly event possible each year. Thank you!!!

Food Truck

This year local food truck Haj Paj fed the hungry masses with their fabulous shrimp tacos, egg rolls, and so much more 😋

Vendors

Shop local and get all of your holiday gifts at our event. Just imagine being done with your shopping before December—it sounds too good to be true but we can help you make it happen. Previous vendors included jewelry, ornaments, clothing, wreathes, home goods, decorations, and more!

Enchanted Teapot. Not included: The Grinch who can be seen with Santa in another photo.

Santa! I Know Him!

Even the Grinch couldn’t resist getting his picture taken with the big guy. Santa walked the grounds a bit but was mostly available for photos and quick chats with the kids in his special Santa hut.

Letters to Santa

Our Letters to Santa station was very popular with kids of all ages. They wrote down their Christmas wishes and then placed them in our special Santa Mailbox.

Mounted Police and Fill A Cruiser

Basket Raffle

Over two dozen different baskets overflowed with all kinds of goodies! This year we were able to have it under our brand new pavilion!

Face Painting

It’s never too cold or rainy to get your face painted! The Palmyra High School Class of 2025 offered up their artistic skills to provide face paintings for the kiddos (and some adults, too).

Holiday Music

It’s not Christmas without the holiday music. Lucky for us, Candace and Neil Hurley offered their wonderful DJ services throughout the event.

Making the Magic Happen

And last, but never least, a quick shout-out to the wonderful Campbelltown Community Alliance crew that puts this all together each year. Thank you, Karla, Stephanie, Laura, Jamie, and Jen!
